1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
2. Return Request
Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shamstoys@gmail.com with order details and photos.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Bulk/wholesale orders (unless damaged)
5. Replacement Option
Instead of refund, customers can opt for a replacement (subject to availability).
